March 2011 | A by-passer in front of a construction fence in Brooklyn, throwing over a friendly smile, moving on and ahead.
There is so much going on in the streets and on the walls. It is impossible to stay indifferent vis-à-vis the colors and creativity mixing with garbage, old clothes, and leaflets advertising numerous local churches and other businesses.
The personnel perspective alternates from total fascination to exasperation depending on the daily condition and depending on whether the balance is in favor of creativity or of garbage. Usually, it is in favor of the former, which says a lot about the levels of creative energy floating around.
